I am passionate about every aspect of rum. I am committed to uncovering rums from around the world, be it from Australia or Venezuela. Rum can be made anywhere that sugar is produced or molasses is imported, and I want to expose people to all of those regional distillations.

 

Through Cane Roots™ I want everyone to feel as passionate about rum as I do. My goal is to help New Yorkers experience the rums of the world. To this end Cane Roots organizes rum tastings, works with individuals to build personal rum collections, curates enticing rum collections for bars, restaurants and events, and I also plan stimulating, rum-centered destination trips.
